A fantastic view over Arnhem unfolds from the third floor. In the foreground Arnhem Central station, to the left the Eusebius Church and on the horizon the John Frost Bridge is clearly visible. With only the roof to go, the construction holiday is approaching. After this, the masonry and construction of the facade will start according to schedule.

After the completion of the first floor the contracter started the formwork of the second floor. The contours of the curved, overhanging floor are already recognizable. The bicycle and pedestrian path run parallel to the facade on the ground floor and first floor.
