New chandeliers for the station hall of The Hague Hollands Spoor

Ruland Architecten visited the workshop of Nelissen Decorbouw where the chandeliers for the station hall of Den Haag Hollands Spoor are currently being manufactured on behalf of ProRail. The design by Ruland Architecten was inspired by the lighting from 1950. These were, like the interior of that time, by architect ir. H.G.J. Schelling.

New gate for Den Haag Hollands Spoor railway station

To bar the end of platform 1 at Hollands Spoor station, Ruland Architecten designed a gate, matching the existing original railing. Together with ProRail, we have taken a look at Smederij van Rijn from Hazerswoude, where the gate is being made.    

A clear design for the Public Transport Service Shop in Maastricht

To offer the employees of the Public Transport Service Shop (OV-Servicewinkel) in Maastricht a safe and pleasant working environment, Ruland Architecten has designed a glass partition that is as transparent as possible to fit with the architecture of the space. The OV-Servicewinkel in Leeuwarden will follow soon.

A new floor at Hollands Spoor
