Historic colours for arched train shed roofs

The impressive arched train shed roofs of railway station Den Haag Hollands Spoor will change colour in the coming period. On behalf of ProRail, Ruland Architecten, together with 4Infra, supervised and elaborated the historical colour research of Stichting Restauratie Atelier Limburg. Several test areas were painted and assessed together with the involved parties  and the permit issuer. By restoring the original colours, the Spatial Quality Framework is being implemented and the Margadant palette is being restored.
