Ruland Architecten is working on the casestudy Reclamedragers op Stations (Advertisement at Railwaystations) commisioned by NS Stations. The objective is a study of the spatial implications of objects for advertisement at railway stations, resulting in a vision document of design principles. This project is a collaboration with NS Stations, ProRail en Bureau Spoorbouwmeester.
A former industrial building of Uthermolen in Amsterdam will be transformed into appartments by Fact Architects / Hund Falk Architecten. Ruland architecten has been commissioned to design the interior of one of the new appartements.

The fireplace, terrace, the slats in the awning: slowly but surely all parts arrive at their location. The phase of remaining and delivery points has commenced.
The redevelopement of railway station Roosendaal is on the move again!
A joint presentation of danceschool Dansplein by NS Stations (owner of the building), Dansplein Roosendaal (possible future user) and Ruland Architects combined 3d images with a danceshow.
The addition is sealed to wind and water. We look forward to seeing the zinc for the awnings and the aluminium slats in the overhang.
The roof lights have been installed and the roof will gradually be completed.

For an alteration to an apartment on the Keizersgracht in Amsterdam an environmental permit has been applied for today, Friday the 13th. The application concerns an internal alteration combined with a small alteration to the façade.
Update March 26th: the environmental permit has been received. Within 10 business days from application, an absolute record.
Work on the steel construction for the addition in Rotterdam is in full swing. Slowly, the addition shows its shape.
The second round for the application of a cultural heritage grant from the Province of Noord Brabant has been started. The terms state that applications will be honoured by order of submission. Pushing the ‘Send’ button at 0:02AM made this the first submission.
