The work for the facade repair of Enschede station is now in full swing. The Twentse Courant Tubantia has placed an article with a short impression on its website.
Of course, Ruland Architecten also builds in the station area with Villa Breedband: the building is located near the Sonsbeek exit of Arnhem Central. The connection with the urban development of the station area is clearly visible.
In this newsletter we report on the completion of the Masterplan Maastricht station, the approaching completion of Villa Breedband Arnhem and the new project façade restoration of the Enschede station building. Dutch language only.
The panorama photo of the first floor already gives a good impression of the future office spaces for Villa Broadband. The work on the curtain walls, the brickwork core and the installations continue.

Villa Breedband will be built with a characteristic curved glass façade. The first glass panels have been placed, as have the first anodized aluminium panels. To accentuate the partition the façace be fitted with horizontal aluminium cover strips where as the vertical joints will be sealed.
Now that the masonry is at its full height and the scaffolding has partly been removed, the contours of the office building are clearly visible. The first parts of the curved curtain wall have been placed.
A small update on OfficeVilla Breadband: This week the first parts of the aluminum, blank anodized curtain wall will be installed.
